About Me
Hi/Hola,
My name is Cornelius Holmes, but please call me Neal. I am a licensed psychotherapist, mental health consultant, life coach, adjunct professor, and supervisor. All these aspects of my career along with my colored life experience, influence how I work with my clients. For four years, I have been honored to hold space for individuals to process and explore multiple aspects of their lives and organizations to enhance their work.

In this sacred therapeutic space that we create in a counseling session, it is important to me that I lessen any power dynamics and build rapport and trust with my clients compassionately. Talking to someone about your lived experience can be difficult, but it can also be empowering. It is my job to ensure that the work that we do together is meaningful to you and that it meets your goals and objectives.
For me, no conversation is taboo, and I am no stranger to navigating conflict. It is my hope that my clients do not feel like they are living simply to survive. It is my sincere hope for you that you will be empowered to thrive and live your life authentically.
Executive coaching and mental health consultation services are unique niches of mine, and I enjoy working with organizations and professionals in providing them with an evidence based and solution focused therapeutic foundation to meet their goals. My credentials are listed below for you to review and check out my Psychology Today profile. I invite you to contact me and chat about the work that we can potentially do together. I hope to hear from you soon. Namaste (“The Divine in me honors the Divine in you.”)
